Avocadocumentary: Weeks 53/54--LIFE!
OMG. BREAKING NEWS!
Our top story tonight:
As I was doing my picture rounds, I noticed something odd about Hal. Upon closer inspection I realized--WE HAVE LIFE!

See? At the top there? The swelling part? It's a sign of life! Hal is recovering! I AM JUST SLIGHTLY ELATED OVER THIS. AS IF YOU COULDN'T TELL. <3 <3 <3

A closer look! Unfortunately, the camera doesn't really capture the lovely greenness of the swollen bud, but believe me, it's there. Hopefully it'll become more obvious as it grows. Either way, though, apparently it pays big time to be patient when it comes to avocados--they're very slow about doing things, but when they do, they do it with feeling.
Unless you're Gigi, in which case you're fast and glamorous and obvious, with just a little bit of megalomania.

I am...quite amazed by what Gigi has been up to. When Hal and Avobaby first started putting out roots, they put out one root, going straight down. Gigi, on the other hand, appears to not only be putting out one, but several auxillary roots, and that main root is already starting to put out side branches. She's going to have to go into a pot very soon at this rate. Which I'm sure only plays into her hands.
She also still is holding on to her wine and women. Hedonist.

Meanwhile, Avobaby's still doing well. Compared to Hal and Gigi, there isn't really much to report on Avobaby this reporting period.

But, Avobaby seems to be all good with it. See? It's giving us a peace sign! It must be mellowing out. Maybe it's past its rebellious period. One can hope.
