What's even weirder is they made it playable.

I had an Atari once...it was the only game system other than a TurboGraphX that I ever used. I was raised around mainframes, I remember asking my father before he got in his wreck why the computer do anything but play games...

For 1980 and 2010 to clash, you would need Pac-Man and a large monolith orbiting Jupiter. And some plot to change Jupiter irrevocably...
