ruOh, I forgot to mention this. I don't know how many of you heard about the boy scout that got lost in the mountains of NC, but when I heard not only that he was found, but that he was found by a search and rescue dog named Gandalf, I had several thoughts:
1.) Dogs with Awesome Noses: 1 High Tech Thermal Technology and Helicopters and Such: Big fat ZERO.
2.) I hope Gandalf got some sort of reward for finding the kid, who should have known better than to go wandering off on his own.
3.) Just like the original Gandalf--following his nose!
