Last week, I took advantage of the fact that the patio is actually quite warm when the sun's on it and repotted Avobaby. It was needing it, since it was continuously wilting from lack of water, and now seems to be very happy with the extra room.

The pot I used is about twice the size of the old one, so Avobaby has more than enough space now. Acres of space, even! The pots are aliiiive, with the sound of Avobabeeeeee!o/~ So this should hopefully keep Avobaby busy for a while. I hope it will, anyway--moving it is starting to inch into the realm of 'cumbersome', and it's getting harder to take Avobaby's picture while getting it all into the shot. I guess I could just take pictures from the pot top up. The pot isn't as interesting as what's up top.
I've also upgraded Avobaby's drainage, from foil-cup to Cool Whip lid. I felt Avobaby was mature enough to handle it now, and I hope it won't let me down. I've heard so many stories about plants being reckless with their Cool Whip lids and getting into horrible fatal drainage crashes.

Avobaby seems to be very happy, in any case, with its new pot, between its perky leaves and how big the new ones are getting. It is so appreciative, even, that its bud is already fixing to put out some new leaves. I count at least four, maybe even more inside. They look like they're fairly far along too. I guess it's using the new space as an excuse to have a growth spurt. Since the previous repotting put out one new leaf set, and since that pot was only slightly bigger than the first one, I'm predicting several new sets of leaves before it's time for another new pot.
