OKAY. Georgia threw me a bone and issued me a permit. So now I can visit two parks in Georgia, which I'll be heading down to do on Thursday. It's only a third of what I wanted to do, but at least it's something. On the bright side, I can spend more time at each of the parks, as two hours (which is what I was planning on dedicating for each site) just doesn't feel like enough time to get sufficient material.

Good GOD I have to drive to Georgia. I hope I don't do something horrendous, like get lost in Georgia and never get home ever AGAIN. Or crash. Or get sucked into a swamp. Or fall into a hole and die. *wigs*

EEE! Georgia! My mom lives in Atlanta and my sister went to school in Athens, so I go there a lot even now. I know Savannah is farther south and east than Atlanta. Are you taking 95 down and cutting over to Vidalia on 16?

Yep! The beauty of this trip is that the majority of it I'll be traveling on large roads, which makes me feel more comfortable. I had to travel out to Pettigrew State Park out on the coast last week, and it required traveling through East Podonk, Middle, Nowhere, which was kinda freaky. I'm really really anxious about getting lost and not being able to find my way home.

Although after getting lost one time whilst trying to get home in the dark and getting onto a road that I think would have taken me to Virginia, hopefully I can do no worse. XD
