Jan. 11th, 2009 09:18 pmI begin teaching tomorrow. Neeeeeervous. Must remember to talk slow, must remember to talk slow, must remember to talk slow, and NOT FORGET ANYTHING, as it's the first lab and I have to go through all the safety stuff. *wibbles* I'm going through my notes and trying to talk things out, but I'm still starting to get nerves. It's a ton I have to do this first day.
I'm going to distract myself now.
Ask me anything about any character I RP. Why I picked them up, what my headcanon of them is, who I ship them with, etc.

Date: 2009-01-13 02:48 am (UTC)Actually, I think what most surprised me about him was his gender. I had been wanting to make an angel of virginity, and I was figuring a girl made the most logical sense. But then I started getting this niggling feeling that that just wasn't right. Miniel wasn't MEANT to be a girl. He wasn't meant to have his nickname actually jive with his gender. He's a man, through and through. 100% panicking man. And I love him to pieces. <3 <3 <3

Date: 2009-01-13 03:06 am (UTC)I don't quite know why I picked wind. I think just because I liked it. I liked the sorts of things you could do with it, and I always love elemental spheres. XD So I tried to basically embody the wind in a shy, quiet girl, and make her as connected to the wind as possible. Unfortunately, I think I went to some extremes (*cough* hang-gliding *cough*), but it was enough to get me accepted and started. Obviously, she's evolved a lot since then, and she still remains one of my most beloved characters.
If you want any indication of Ruchiel's humble 14-year-old beginnings, you don't need to look any further than Aria's last name. I still feel awfully embarrassed over that one. XD

Date: 2009-01-13 03:20 am (UTC)Well, I still hold a soft spot for Chilali and Arien. I really wish I had the chance to play them more, because they were both great fun. Chilali was really light-hearted to play, and Arien was witchy and wild.
I also hold love for Meg, my mutant EI character. I think a lot of her personality has been transferred into one of my current characters, but she was so grumpy and fun that I would have loved to have played her more, floating around in zero-g, causing sparks to fly on electrical equipment as she tries desperately to keep the generators going (usually through massive amounts of kicking), and so on. Great fun. <3 <3 <3

Date: 2009-01-13 03:23 am (UTC)For some bizarre reason, I see Anika as a gruff, no-nonsense girl truck driver, the kind that can totally roll with the boys cross-country and is respected, despite being in what is traditionally a 'guy's profession'. She will get your crap to you in a hurry while snacking on beef jerky and complaining at her old, run-down truck!
