Why you ask? Well, after style class today I realized that I was having an inner clash of ideas on how to do my grammar analysis paper, which could be a serious problem, considering that I've already written the rough draft. I needed to consult with my professor basically NOW to find out which method was better and whether or not I needed to make a new essay. So I talk with him, and he tells me to come back at 4:30 so we can discuss.
I look at my watch. It's 4:00.
That means I have 30 minutes to basically walk the length of campus and back, since the English building and my dorm are on opposite sides of campus, and I needed to get my material so we could look over it. And you have to understand that the uni campus is FRICKIN' HUGE. So I start walking. End up seeing one of the buildings doing a fire drill and a bunch of fire trucks undoubtedly going towards it. But unfortunately that's about the most exciting thing I see. And I do manage to get there and back again in time(especially since when I got there he was busy talking with another student), though I'm bloody tired and my face was burning by the end of it. Still, I think it was worthwhile, especially since he's now put some of my anxieties about the paper to rest. And hey, I got some exercise in to boot. So it wasn't a complete waste.
Just didn't expect to be doing my own little version of "Run Lola Run" today. I still need to see that movie. ^_^;
